SHIPPING

How fast do we ship? 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed, if the item is in stock. If you place a order on a Friday after 12pm PST your order is most likely to be shipped out the following Monday.

Do we provide tracking numbers? Yes we provide tracking #'s as soon as we receive them from the shipping depts. If you do not receive a tracking # in 72 hours please feel free to reach out to us.

How long for travel? Orders generally average 3-5 business days in the USA to reach you.

How much is shipping? Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous sates in the United States when you spend over $100. Alaska, PR, Hawaii and other areas outside of the US will have to pay extra due to shipping costs being much higher.

Outside of the USA Shipping? Please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to give you a shipping quote. We strive to offer the cheapest shipping rates to your country and will send you our best quote.

RETURN POLICY

Any returns or cancellations will carry a 20% restocking fee. Once wheels have been mounted on the vehicle we are not able to accept a return. If you have any concerns about fitment, simply share those concerns via email before you place your order. Due to the fact we move quickly, it’s important to notify us immediately if you have any concerns.

Always contact us with any issues or return questions, we will always work with a customer, however understand that most of our items are very expensive to ship so we must recover these costs, unless the mistake is ours. All returns/refunded items must be approved prior to being returned. Contact us via email at info@thewheelbros.com for any returns/refunds. 

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which original payment was made. Once product is returned, please allow 14 days for receipt of funds.

FITMENT

Fitment is the responsibility of the customer. If something was ordered in the wrong size or wrong model and doesn't fit its up to customer to facilitate all returns, costs and or modifications. Please do your own research and confirm exactly what will work with your vehicle before you order. 

You will see many vehicles go beyond the “conservative” fitment offered by manufacturers. They're doing this by making modifications and trimming plastic and sometimes metal to make their wheels fit. For this reason, we fill the order as you have placed it with the assumption you will make the appropriate modifications to fit your newly purchased wheels.

If you need any help please contact us and we will gladly provide as much input as we can, but cannot guarantee anything will fit or be perfect.

PRODUCT IMAGERY 

All of our images for products are the best reprentation of the product. We are either provided photos by the manufacturer or we take the photos ourselves. Please be aware that colors on monitors, phones and cameras may not exactly match in person perception. Please also be aware at times the manufacturer may change a product slightly as well. We cannot account for these changes but are making you aware that you are receiving the exact product you ordered even if the above may have occurred. We are at the mercy of the manufacturer and the screen you view the images through.

HOW LONG IS MY QUOTED PRICE VALID?

Website prices will continuously update. If you were sent a personal quoted price, the quote is valid for 30 days. After that, we’ll need to re-quote as the manufacturers and shippers frequently update their pricing. Our social media advertisements will be valid for 7 days from the posted date (ex: Posted January 1st, price valid through January 7th). Note: while we can honor prices for 30 days, availability of the wheels may change sooner.

DAMAGE UPON RECEIPT 

Upon delivery be sure to inspect your wheels/items BEFORE signing any documents! If damaged, be sure to make FULL NOTES on documents (Bill of Lading) BEFORE SIGNING and accepting shipment. Unfortunately, while it is rare, due to the size and complexity of shipping large packages across the country, damage can occur and it MUST be noted with the shipping courier before signing and accepting the shipment. Damage caused by the shipping courier qualifies you for a replacement and/or credit ONLY IF all damage is noted with the courier BEFORE signing the documents (Bill of Lading). If the damage is NOT noted upon receipt, this alleviates all liability of the courier and we must open a damage claim and see it through to completion before reimbursement (if any) is allotted for the damages. Please notify us immediately if there is damage and send us pictures via email to info@thewheelbros.com so we can document the issue and come to a resolution as soon as possible!

LEGAL / PRODUCT USE 

All items are considered to be off-road use only, we are not responsible for any damages of any sort including but not limited to incidental, direct damages, losses, injuries, accidents, death or additional purchase. Purchase and use at 100% your own risk. We cant emphasize enough that we are a dealer of great products, but cannot guarantee your safety or be held responsible for anything you do with any product purchased from our site, both directly or indirectly. Use at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage or losses of any sort. Everyone should take extra care in operating a vehicle and your choices are yours alone to modify or alter your vehicle as you see fit and we hope you take your safety serious.
